Highlight colours:

• black: input
• white: output (success)
• red: output (failure)

Editing any field makes that encoding the input.

Note that an output succeeding isn’t a guarantee that the path was meant to be in that encoding (or any encoding). Use your intuition!

For example: caf├⌐Γäó (display) is both valid UTF-8 (café™) and valid Shift JIS (cafﾃｩ邃｢), but UTF-8 seems to make more sense.
